Bootcamp Program Fee - 4 week - Instructor Led Lacrosse
The 4 week Fitness Bootcamp program will start the week of January 28th. Participants can attend 2 group fitness workouts that fits their schedule - Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday morning. Included in this fee is the Baseline Assessment and the Final Assessments to measure the success of their efforts. The Baseline assessment is scheduled for Monday, January 21st and the Final Assessment is scheduled for Sunday, February 24th.
